BelleVie Society Admin App is exclusively accessible only to the management committee and/or admins of the societies to seamlessly operate and manage the society operations on the go.
The app has been designed keeping in mind the needs of the management committee which ensures that publishing, tracking and monitoring of services by office bearers across all the features is extremely simple, quick, secure and yet very effective.
Key features:
A. BelleVie Customer App Download Tracker – Which provides the admin clarity over the adoption within their societies along with a detailed split of residents and units downloaded for easy monitoring and tracking
B. Resident Approval – Admins can seamlessly verify and approve/ reject the resident requests from the application. All the necessary documents and details shared by residents is visible
C. Ticket Management – Robust end to end module has been built and integrated into this admin app, whereby the admins can monitor, update, track, review all the tickets raised by their residents and also monitor the performance of the vendors/ agencies which have been deployed by management committees to resolve the tickets. Additionally there is role based access, whereby admins based on their rights only have access to relevant departments as configured
Multiple other modules would also be integrated into the BelleVie society admin app subsequently, thus enabling seamless society operations.
